Does this comply with the definition? The background may be blurred but not the subject?
All is blurred and whilst normally that wouldn't worry me overly, the composition lets the image down.
Having the rider blending into the person behind is a mistake.
Taking the shot a second later after she was clear would have made a stronger image.
