The skateboard riders have a culture and lifestyle of their own.
This image captures this rider performing a trick by using a handrail to ride on
and has been caught well. It appears that some form of texture has been added to the background,
board and rail, I assume this has been done to create a grungy look but I don't think it has added anything to the image.
