This image meets the requirements of this Urban Grunge subject very well.
Not only is the building showing neglect the signage on the garage doors is sending a clear message
of what is required, that is "No Parking" and "No Dumping". These requirements have been clearly rejected by the dumpers of furniture
and rubbish and the car parked there speaks for itself. The square format suits this image well containing
the major elements in a well balances and descriptive way. The handling of colour, exposure and detail have all been well executed.
