I am normally not a big fan of putting images of VIVID into competitions. I think this one is different enough to be interesting.
You have done something different with your camera to make it your own. I guess you moved the camera up or down to get the streaky effect.
It is simpler than some of the images, it shows colours and shapes. We still can recognise the Harbour Bridge, but it is not just a picture of the lit up bridge.
