Judges Comments

An interesting shot of the countryside, but I'm sorry, I have no idea why is was taken. For a photo to work we need to direct the eye
from an "Entry Point" to a "Final Point". The entry point may be a large foreground object, and the eye is led by leading lines etc.
to its final resting place, usually brighter than the rest, eg a patch of sun. We select the elements to include as vocabulary
in the story we are telling and arrange them in such a way that the image speaks. To me, this image simply says we stopped
the car here and pressed the shutter. So what can you do? I'd work on the sky, making it more dramatic.
I'd increase the contrast over the field then try brightening up the foreground bales and some in the background.
