An interesting shot with the water forming a long curving leading line. Unfortunately the eye is drawn back to the figure and
is distracted by the flotsam in the foreground. Unfortunately there is also a colour and contrast problem.
The sand is actually a reddish grey and the clouds a bluish grey. I've had a fiddle in my software and get an improvement
by adjusting the Values and Magenta curve. The water becomes much more dramatic -- but that may not have been what you wanted.
