A different way of handling a city building scene, the inclusion of the tree in front of the building is a nice
contrast of subjects. You have chosen to drop out the midtones in the tree and building and present a graphic
monochrome presentation. The overlaying of the tree patterns in grey softens the white areas and works
well. I think a slight adjustment to just darken the mid tones and blacks a bit would increase the impact.
