A beautiful photo of a Mountain Devil flower. I really like the lighting, the depth of field and
the composition. Unlike the group of flowers a couple of photos back, here there is so much
natural history detail, so well displayed. Unlike the Neon Cuckoo Bee, there is so much
interesting detail within the flower, that as your eye goes left to right through the photo,
it can't help being drawn back into this flower. One minor detail is that with such a common
species, a specimen could have been found without the bent over sepal.
