I like the focussing of the viewer’s attention on the face of the policewoman and her placement in the image.

However, I feel this whole image is too blue and overlightened. I also find the rest of the image distracting

as there is so much blur in the background and around the sides. You need to take out

the circular spot on the bottom right of the image as this is also distracting.
