Sunday 18.03.2007:
The day ended with a moody sky and the setting sun threw reddish, golden light over the garden and our neighbours' houses. I knew the scene was not going to last long and, if I wanted to take an outdoors one-a-day picture, I had to stay local and decide quickly.
The composition you see has been for a long time in my head, waiting for the right atmospherical conditions. So the whole shooting process for this photograph took only one or two minutes.
This is what I see when I'm standing in our back door.
