Hoary Chickadee (Leucistic Black-capped Chickadee)

I think I am going to call this photo Hoary Chickadee because this chickadee reminds me of a Hoary Redpoll. I stopped in to see this guy again this morning and luck brought me this photo without the wait and frustrations of last time. Sometimes it just works out that way.
