Sunday 27th November 2005 - Day 344

A day of rest today, not venturing too far at all!

Starlings get a bit of a bum wrap, I find the antics of a flock fascinating, although admittedly they can do a lot of damage, and also make a heck of a racket as a flock! The individual birds though are actually quite beautiful, with all that irridescent colouring in the feathers.

tweet! We've been putting food out for the birds this weekend but there's one blackbird that won't let any others near the food. we've even tried spreading it around the garden but it makes no difference.
