Dusk at Meldon

Thursday 25th August - Day 250

Keeping up the water based theme must mean something - am I yearning for a holiday? Possibly ;) A wander this evening found me here, its been a few weeks since I've been up to the reservoir and I hadnt realised how low the water level had fallen - even in wet Devon!

Stunning sky contrasted with the dark hillside and water. Lovely comp and wonderful colors in that dramatic sky!

This is beautiful. The difference between the light of the blue sky and the darkness of the water is striking.

Unless you're a Pisces like me who has to be near water. This is a lovely evening scene. The trees in the distance almost make it appear to be Africa. Lovely sky with the small amounts of blue.
