Roadside Produce

Wednesday 10th August - Day 235

A gentle lunchtime stroll with the camera turned into a near sauna exercise - there was a cooling breeze to start with, but when that died down, yuk... I wont go into details!

There was still time to notice things like Blackberries almost ripened, and other stuff, in between mopping my brow.

PS notes - used a "lensbaby" like filter to distort the background.

This wasn't one of the paths that I took!

I can't believe I haven't thought of this as my PaD. My workmates and I have been commenting all week on the people stopping to pick and eat the berries growing on a path we can see from the window at work.

Those look delicious, so vivid and colorful!! I am now imagining a little amaretto and vanilla whipped cream to top them off nicely.

OOh..I can almost smell these. We were driving down the street the other night past a blackberry patch and the sweet smell was wonderful. It brings back memories of lots of wonderful summers. Nice subject to capture, Lee!
