Sharp macro lens. Multi-coated but not well, so shoot custom white balance.
M42 fits Pentax single-rail bellows and M42 extension tubes. Use an M42 focusing helix with those tubes for adjusting magnification. Hand-held macro work is available with lightweight M42 bellows or tubes which are very affordable on ebay. Adapt M42 macro setup to your dslr with cheap M42-to-dslr adapters also on ebay.
