I think they call this kite boarding. Some guys were enjoying a bit of rare wind over Okanagan Lake,
here in Kelowna today. I should have used Barbara's 100-400mm to pull these guys in even closer.
This is a pretty major crop of the original frame but you get the idea of what it is about. At the
other end of the lines is a bit of fabric, like a spinnaker sail or a parachute.
