We live in St. Mary's, WV and saw and all white hawk sized bird a few days ago I didn't get a picture because I was in awe, but I'm thinking this must be the ID.

We were driving on Interstate 79 near Sutton, WV and saw what appeared to be a solid white hawk. We looked up different birds on the Internet and nothing seemed right. Thanks so much for the pictures and story. I think a leucistic red tail may very likely be what we saw.
