I processesd the full image below but the dancer is so small on that boulder that I decided to redo the shot
and crop most of the bottom of the boulder so the dancer is larger.
I also played with the RAW converter and got the details back in the water highlights.

So which do you prefer? Full or cropped?

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Cropped is much better with recovered highlights especially if printing large

Both are wonderful but I prefer the uncropped full image. It shows more of the dimensions of the boulders in relation to the size of the dancer, that the dancer is one part of what is taking place all around her.

I like the top image better with the large rock cropped and showing more water, feels like a gentler image & the dancer is more predominant. The bottom one the large rock draws my attention just as much as the dancer and it looks more harsh.
Great timing as usual and wonderful expressive dancer/athlete.

I prefer the full image, Richard : I find it even more aerial and more spectacular, and I am more afraid for the dancer with this view... BV in any case !

You asked "Which do [I] prefer?". My answer is "yes" :-) V

Prefer the cropped image as well in this stunning shot....but looks like a dangerous shot landing on the rock! V

Nice work...the edited image is stronger with the larger presence of the dancer, and great job recovering those highlights as well!
