The Chequamegon Bay area has only 2 records each of Thayer's and "Kumlien's" Iceland Gull. Unfortunately, my field observations and photos do not adequately distinguish this intermediate individual. Note the light underside to the wingtips and large white apical spots on the uppersides of the dark primaries.
