Here's a better look at the bird's backside. Thick barring on back and wide thick tail bands indicate female. Moderate to heavy mottling on secondary coverts suggests immature but back of head is primarily white and there's only three tail bands on the upperside of the tail, which isn't consistent with an immature. Again, I suspect (i.e., guess) this may be second- or third-year female.
