I have attempted to see if any of these guys were killed in Vietnam. After AIT the only guys I kept in contact with were Gordon and Sampson. Sampson and I ended up in the same company in Vietnam and he was injured after I left the company. I heard he lost a testicle. Gordon was from the same city as I and he went to Vietnam and came back safely. I am not sure where the other guys went but to my knowledge they all survived. In the Army we mostly referred to each other by a nickname or by last name. This makes it hard looking up casualties if you don't know someones first name.
