Reminders of the past

We spotted these chimneys whilst driving along the highway near Yarra Glen.
They were hidden behind some trees on a hilly rise, we had driven that road
many times and had never noticed them before.

Very curious as to the story behind these chimneys! Were they part of a single building or 2 buildings? What happened to the building/s?

looks as if there was a massive shed there for some process, I wonder what? It looks as if there is active conservation going on now
