I went past this in a bus (towards Causeway Bay) and was curious about what was going on, but I decided not to stickybeak. But I heard later that he was protesting (long story for those who don't know) and threatened to jump off. I hadn't seen any pictures before, but now I'm asking myself: if he was considering jumping off a roof (albeit not a very high one), why would he be worried about a bit of rain?

trouble? i wonder why the police needs to take a photo of him...maybe you might consider sending your photo to the police? :)
