A unique window latch, one of the projections fits into a hole
drilled into the sash, preventing opening. Closing is prevented
by rotating the latch 180 degrees when the window is open and
simply placing it under the sash, no hole required. Surface
tension from rainwater or perhaps a spider's web holds the
oak leaf in place.
