An attempt at a creative image of an Australia bush icon, a scribble on a gum tree (eucalyptus)!
These "scribbles" are made by the larvae of the scribbly gum moth living under the bark of the tree (

I love that you can almost always see how they start at the bottom, zigzag up before turning around and following their original path before emerging.
