I watched this bird circle high over the loch & then suddenly it dropped like a stone into the water, only to emerge moments later with a wriggling trout. It all happened too fast to get an image & when I finally got my wits about me I could not get the autofocus to lock onto the bird because of the background hillside. I eventually used manual focus by which time the bird was climbing above me.
