I THINK this is a stink bug. It's on a VERY tiny leaf on my Schefflera plant and is probably no larger than an inch.

We watched its mother lay the eggs that this one hatched from on our screen. Three or four weeks later this little guy and about 40 or 50 of his siblings were now all inside our screened porch. I captured EVERY single one of them and put them outside. :)
