Tundra Swan returns to southwest Loveland

This adult Tundra Swan arrived at Bud Mielke Reservoir Saturday evening Oct 21, 2006. I photographed it through my telescope on Oct 25. How long will it stay? Could it be the same Tundra Swan that spent several weeks a year ago in the same general location? Photos of that swan, then a juvenile, can be viewed at https://pbase.com/quetzal/swans11272005. One of the 2005 photos is presented here, on line 2.

This swan was still present on 31 Oct 2006.
