The main thing to note in this shot is the left shoulder. I felt the arm just didn't look right sticking straight out of the SM torso, so I built it up with greenstuff. I also added some boils to the stomach.

Note, the arms, torso and legs are still being held together by paperclip pins. The head is just sitting on the torso, too.
