Red Mtn control burn Plumas NF Sunset 300mm

This prescribed burn on the Plumas Nat'l. Forest is about 22 miles to my northwest.
I'm surprised how well the 135-400mm f4.5-5.6 Sigma APO lens holds up to the 80-200mm f2.8 Nikkor lens in the accompanying shot.
