Funny story --

I found this a couple of months ago and scannned it. I cleary remember taking this photo, the FIRST with my own camera. I was on a 6th grade field trip to Colonial Williamsburg. This was a BIG to-do, first trip with a class out of town, and we stayed in far-away Virginia for 3 whole nights!! My parents bought me my first camera, a Kodak Instamatic 126mm deal. This was the second photo on that roll. The first one was of my thumb and the grass :-)

I now live in Williamsburg and it still takes me a couple of tries to get a decent photograph. The more things change the more the remain the same.
