It Never Rains in California...

Well... that's not entirely true, altho even with our recent rain, we're
still over 6" below normal (which even normal is not enough). This is a
view from Ms. Jeanne's back yard the other day, altho the weather still
looks the same today too. Simi is just on the other side of those mtns.
