Not only were the petals & sex organs different on this crinikle
different than on the purpod crinkle, but even the outer shell was
strikingly different; note the very spikey protection this white
bloom has on the unopened bulb! A serious "Ouch" to any critter
thinking that it could be a tasty treat! Quite a unique beauty ~
