Washoe Lake

Just a few months ago, this lake was a couple miles wide. About four years ago, is was about 5 miles long and 4 miles wide. There is possibly some mud out in the middle of it now, but it looks pretty dry. If you dig down a couple feet deep, you might find some catfish!
The south part of Washoe Lake is on the right (think of water where the green grass is growing). The big mountain in the middle is called Slide Mountain. There are several ski runs on it (Mt Rose Ski Resort).
