We had two choices for dinner at Bremer Hut: pork chop and potatoes or chicken and rice (both served with a "salad bar"). The portions were large and we pretty much finished it all - we were ravenous after our day. Whichever way you come to Bremer Hut, it takes some effort, so the clientele was comprised of serious hikers. I figured there would be no rowdy drunks this night. Although it didn't matter. I was so exhausted a herd of elephants wouldn't have woken me. It was a long day and an intense hike, but rewarding and gorgeous.
