Steve was up early to hike up Habicht, known as "hawk mountain". It's the highest mountain in the eastern Stubai and is 1.5 km/0.9 mi and 908 m/2980 ft ascent to the summit (yes, quite steep!). Steve made it a good ways up and had some great views, but was denied the summit due to ice and snow from the night before.
