We were lucky this eruption had three bursts. In between bursts the vent was steaming, we could hear sputtering noises, and people were cheering the geyser on (I know, sounds silly, but it was fun!). Because there were multiple bursts Norah and Steve were able to see the eruption too. I had just arrived when the eruption started, but Norah and Steve were still walking over from Old Faithful. When they saw the first burst from afar they started running (Steve said Norah had her turbo boosters on!) and made it in time to catch the other bursts. Yay!
