After Steve returned from Fremont Peak we broke camp and made the short hike back to Island Lake. We contemplated staying at Titcomb Basin for our last night, but decided it wouldn't be too much fun to hike the full fifteen miles out. We also thought about Seneca Lake, but wondered if the mosquitoes were worse there. We settled for Island Lake - it's such a pretty lake, we couldn't resist one more night!
