Wonder Viewpoint lies another 1.2 miles beyond the pass and we weren't sure what to expect for a view, especially since the last part of the trail keep dropping in elevation. The trail deposited us at an open clearing on the slope of Wonder Peak and the views were beautiful. The back side of Assiniboine and a large icefield towered above the turquoise waters of Lake Gloria.
