After our stay in Lake Louise we made the short drive to Yoho National Park (just over the border into British Columbia). On our way there we saw a grizzly bear on the train tracks (on a previous trip we saw a black bear in the same general area). While it's always cool to see bears, I hate to see them on the tracks. The trains often have older cars that spill grain and the bears frequent the tracks to get an easy snack. Unfortunately, this often results in the death of the bear.
