Hello Ann. This is a great workplace photo. Though you do not show your exif data, I would bet that you had a pretty fast shutter speed to capture those terrific, well defined and exposed welding sparks. Against that blue background, your central element pops nicely to the foreground. This is a very fine, most enjoyable composition. All my best, Michael.
