I planned to give myself a day off from taking pictures today but a young deer changed my mind. I took this one yesterday at the Fragrance Garden at Tennant Lake. I'm going to leave it here even though that means two in one day... what can I say? It was a good day.

good days desreve special treatment . .after all, there are no rules here . . except to have FUN with it! I have this in my garden, except I call it lavender . . . right by the garden gate, for luck of course =]

You can see the pollen on the bee. Very sharp macro. I like the soft purple color too.
