One of the teasers for the tour we took was that we would have the opportunity to see pandas. Unfortunately, this was a disappointment (although not her fault). The zoo was kind of old school, with a lot of concrete in her cage -- not very realistic and not very comfortable. When we arrived, one of the keepers offered to go in to wake her up so that she would move around for us -- which we did not really approve of, not being big fans of disturbing animals just for our entertainment. I for one ended up feeling sad for her.
