Power lines.

One of the cool things about living next to the water is the quality of light sometimes, often when heavy weather is about. It is hard to describe, and even harder to capture, but it does take on a special quality so that even power lines (which are usually a blot upon the landscape) become interesting.

Love this one.
It is tremendous when the sun glistens off the power lines against a dark lowering sky, and you are there to see and capture it.
If only I could give you a Big Vote, but an ordinary one will have to do.
