A rather unkempt looking inn built right next to the Ken & Mary tree to cater to tourists (probably Japanese) who wish to wake up to the sight of the Ken & Mary tree in the morning. It certainly looks better on their web-site ( http://kenmary.homepe.net/index.html ) though.
