Photographs From Our Voyage To The Baltic

On July 17, 2007 my wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary by taking a cruise to the Baltic. We visited Stockholm, Sweden; Helsinki, Finland; St. Petersburg, Russia; Riga, Latvia; Klaipėda, Lithuania; Berlin, Germany; Copenhagen, Denmark; and Oslo, Norway. My son Jeffrey and his friend Brian Bierley accompanied us. I don't know how my wife has put up with me for 40 years, and I believe she is a saint. :) In any event, I hope these photographs will provide a glimpse of what we saw during the 17 days that we were away.

Your pictures are stunning. I can't believe how your wide range of shots really captures the essence of the cities. From the Stockholm street to the Helsinki Cathederal to the sunrise over Russia and some cadids of total strangers thrown in. Well done. Keep them coming. I know you have some more ports to post! As I informed Jola, Poland simply was not on the cruise line's itinerary this year.
