Bill was born in Sydney Australia and except for a couple of years working in Singapore has lived here all his life. He is married to Shona an Artiste and Cellist and has a son Steven and daughter Jenny. They live in the leafy northern suburb of Frenchs Forest.
Bill considers himself an amateur photographer and has been published in Black and White Enthusiast and Nikon Club magazines and has had a previous exhibition of portraiture at Primrose Park .
