A wonderful and sad wartime memorial in Sydneys Martin Place. Bill caught the flowers in soft light with the statue almost in limbo. Martin place was once a thruway cutting right accross the Citys major traffic . Now a pedestrian Mall, many of the major buildings including the old General Post Office, behind, and its clock tower have been restored.
