The 611 foot high, 30 foot wide Multnomah Falls drops down a cliff on the north side of Larch Mountain in giant steps. Fed by springs, the water flow is significant year round but more abundant in the late Winter and Spring months when snow melts increase the amount of ground water.
This image shows both the upper and lower falls.
This was shot in almost darkness. To get get proper exposure at a 30 second exposure, I had to bump up the iso to 500.
