If you thought you had loud neighbors, count your blessings and be thankful you don't live here! Although it appears this dino has turned two floors of apartments into one large studio with lots of overhead light, actually the building is being torn down without his help. The menacing dinosaur is by local artist Mark Cline. He's known for placing his work in all kinds of interesting locations around the state of Virginia - this was a real eye-catcher!
